You’re Not Alone, and You Have Options

Nearly all running and sports injuries can be treated without surgery.

Whether you’re training for your first 5K at Joyner Park, coaching a youth soccer team in Wake Forest, or just trying to run a few miles before work without your heel killing you, sports injuries to the foot and ankle are some of the most common (and most fixable) problems we see.

Our sports medicine program combines gait analysis, ultrasound imaging, regenerative therapy (PRP), shockwave, and custom orthotics to get you diagnosed quickly and back in motion faster.
