Our Story
Learn about Ironworks, Rolesville’s dedicated foot, ankle and wound care practice serving Wake Forest and North Raleigh. Our mission, team & approach to care.
At Ironworks, we exist to provide exceptional care for the foot, ankle, and lower extremity in a warm and inviting environment where every patient feels genuinely seen, deeply cared for, and prioritized throughout their healing journey.
Our Story
Ironworks Foot, Ankle & Wound Care Center was founded on a simple idea: patients in Rolesville and the surrounding communities deserve the same caliber of specialty care they’d get downtown, without the drive to Raleigh, Durham, or Cary.
We’re the area’s first dedicated podiatry and advanced wound care practice, and we built Ironworks to be the local home for anyone dealing with foot pain, ankle injuries, diabetic foot complications, or chronic wounds.

Why Patients Across Wake County Choose Ironworks
Patients have many options around the triangle for podiatry and wound care services. So why do they consistently choose our team to help them?
Rolesville's Local Specialist
Rolesville is home. The people we treat are our neighbors, coaches, teachers, and small business owners. That shows up in how we run our office: patient-first scheduling, transparent pricing, friendly staff who remember your name, and a clinic that feels nothing like a hospital.
Advanced technology, in-office
In-office digital X-ray means you don’t leave with a referral to somewhere else; we can diagnose and begin treatment the same day!
Two Specialties, One Visit
It’s common for patients with diabetes, circulation issues, or a non-healing injury to need both a podiatrist and a wound care specialist. Most practices make those separate appointments at separate buildings. At Ironworks, we treat both under one roof.
