New Patient Info
Welcome to Ironworks. We’re looking forward to seeing you. A few things to make your first visit smooth and quick.
Before your visit
- Download and complete the new-patient paperwork (found here), which saves 15 minutes in the lobby
- Verify insurance by calling us or using the tool on the insurance page
- Gather your medication list, relevant imaging, and any referrals
- Plan to arrive 10 minutes early for any final paperwork
What to bring
- Photo ID
- Insurance card(s)
- List of current medications
- Comfortable shoes (you’ll be asked to remove them for the exam)
- Any recent imaging (X-rays, MRIs) on CD or emailed ahead
What to expect
Your first visit typically runs 45–60 minutes. That includes paperwork review, a thorough foot and ankle exam, any in-office imaging we need, and time with your doctor to build a treatment plan. Most patients start their first treatment on the same visit.

Our patient portal lets you view your records, request prescription refills, message your care team, and pay your bill securely, 24 hours a day.

Insurance and Payment
Ironworks accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare. Below is a current list, but plans change, please call us or check with your insurance company to confirm before your first visit.

Payment options
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Financing options are available for larger treatments through CareCredit, see our financing page for details. Patients without insurance can request a transparent cash-pay estimate before scheduling.
